Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Julius Answer) and DealsFlow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Julius Answer, you agree to them.
1. The service
Julius Answer is an AI receptionist that answers phone calls for your business, using information and settings you provide. Features are described on our website and may change as we improve the service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what team members do.
3. Free trial and billing
- New subscriptions start with a free trial, with the length and call minutes shown at sign-up. The trial starts when you add a card in the console, and nothing is charged during it. If you don't cancel before it ends, your plan starts and your card is charged.
- Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in the console before you pay.
- Included minutes reset each month and don't roll over. Extra minutes you buy don't expire while your account is open.
- Plan upgrades are charged the prorated difference right away. You can cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the paid period, and payments already made aren't refunded except where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it's fixed.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give Julius Answer accurate, lawful information about your business, and keep it up to date.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your calls, including call-recording, privacy, consumer-protection and telemarketing laws. Julius Answer tells callers the call is recorded; you're responsible for any additional notices your business needs.
- Only forward numbers you're allowed to forward. Julius Answer answers incoming calls and doesn't dial out; call-backs it saves to your team's list are for your team to make.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Julius Answer for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, to harass anyone, to make unsolicited sales or robocalls, to impersonate others, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Not an emergency service
Julius Answer is not a substitute for emergency services. It tells callers describing an emergency to call 911, but it cannot dispatch help. Don't rely on it for anything that needs an emergency response.
7. AI limitations
Julius Answer uses artificial intelligence. It can mishear, misunderstand or make mistakes, and phone networks can fail. Review summaries and booking requests, confirm important details with callers, and don't rely on it for legal, medical, financial or safety advice. It is designed not to give such advice.
8. Your data
Your business information and call records belong to you. You give us permission to use them to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
9. Availability
We work to keep Julius Answer running at all times, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and will try to keep disruptions short.
10. Ending the agreement
You can cancel anytime in the console. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and will tell you when we do unless the law or safety prevents it.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top and tell customers about significant changes in advance by email or in the console. Continuing to use Julius Answer after a change means you accept it.
