Works with the software you already use

Julius Answer sends every customer's call into your own software, books or adds visits there, and knows when a caller is already your customer. Connect in Settings, under Your software, on every plan.

Julius Answer connects to 16 business apps: Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, NexHealth, Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, Clio Grow, Follow Up Boss, Buildium, Shopmonkey, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Salesforce. Each customer's call goes in the way that app expects it, visits are booked or added there, and callers already in your app are recognized. It's included on every plan.

What happens once you connect

Every call, in your app

When a customer's call is summarized, it goes to your software the way that app expects it: a request in Jobber, a lead in Clio Grow or Follow Up Boss, a call on the contact in HubSpot. Callers not in your app yet are added. Sales pitches and spam are never sent.

Booked into your calendar

With a booking calendar (Square, Acuity, Calendly, GoHighLevel, NexHealth), callers hear only the times your app shows as open, and the visit is booked there when you confirm it, or right away if you prefer.

Visits as records

Other apps get confirmed visits as a meeting, an appointment, an activity or a job. Move or cancel a visit in Julius and it moves or is cancelled there too.

Knows your customers

While a caller is on the line, Julius looks up their number in your app. Someone already on file is treated as a returning customer, and their caller card links straight to their record.

Never in the way

Calls are never held up by your other software: open times are fetched ahead, and anything your app is slow to take is tried again later.

Private where it matters

For clinics and law firms, what a call was about goes only to software made for them, like Clio Grow; any other app gets who called and when unless you switch summaries on. Visit reasons stay in Julius.

Home services and trades

Jobber

Each customer's call becomes a request on the right client; new callers are added as clients. Connect with a Jobber sign-in.

Housecall Pro

Each call arrives in your Job inbox as a lead on the customer. Connect with an API key. Needs Housecall Pro's MAX plan.

Workiz

Each call becomes a lead, and confirmed visits are added to your schedule as jobs. Connect with your API token and secret. Needs the Workiz Developer API add-on.

Dental practices

NexHealth (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and more)

Existing patients are booked straight into your practice schedule, at times it shows as open, through NexHealth's connection to your practice software. New patients are left for your front desk, since NexHealth needs a date of birth Julius doesn't ask for. The Julius team links your practice once you send your NexHealth details.

What clinics should know

Julius Answer doesn't sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement today. Calls themselves stay in Julius; only the booking (who, when and the service) goes to your schedule. Julius Answer for dental offices

Frequently asked questions

Something else?Write to us and we'll answer.

Which software does Julius Answer connect to?

Jobber, Housecall Pro and Workiz for trades; NexHealth for dental practices (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, Curve and other systems NexHealth supports); Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling and Calendly for appointments; Clio Grow for law firms; Follow Up Boss for real estate; Buildium for property management; Shopmonkey for auto repair; and HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Salesforce as CRMs. Anything else can get each call through a webhook, Zapier or Make.

Can Julius Answer book straight into my calendar?

Yes, with Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, GoHighLevel and NexHealth. Callers are offered only the times your app shows as open, and the visit is booked there when you confirm it in Julius, or right away if you choose (Julius then confirms it with the caller). With Google Calendar, Julius checks when you're busy and adds confirmed visits.

Do I need a developer or API keys?

No developer. Some apps connect with a sign-in (Jobber, Square, Zoho CRM, Salesforce); others need a key you copy from the app's settings and paste into Julius, with the steps shown next to the box. NexHealth is linked for your practice by the Julius team.

Does it cost extra?

No. Connecting your software is included on every plan. Some apps only open their API on certain plans of their own, such as Housecall Pro MAX or Square Appointments Plus; each one is listed below.

What if the connection breaks?

Calls and visits stay safe in Julius. A slow app is tried again later; if an app stops accepting Julius (a key was deleted, a plan changed), the connection pauses, the reason shows in Settings and a task goes on your list. Fix it and press Check again, and what was waiting goes through.

Is ServiceTitan or Mindbody available?

Not yet. Apps like ServiceTitan, Mindbody, Vagaro, Boulevard, AppFolio and Dentrix directly need a partner agreement with the software company first. Until then, webhooks, Zapier or Make can pass each call along.
